Brown and Wild Rice with Sausage

Perfect side-dish (or, main?) recipe idea ... start with Minute Ready to Serve Brown and Wild rice, crumbled sausage, roasted red peppers, and fresh baby spinach.  Top it off with Parmesan cheese.

    1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown and Wild Rice
    1/4 cup cooked crumbled sausage
    2 Tbsps roasted red pepper, chopped
    1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
    1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • Directions
    Heat rice according to package directions.In a small microwave-safe bowl combine sausage, red pepper and spinach. Microwave 1 minute. Stir in rice. Top with cheese.
