Chicken Broccoli Salad

Easy salad recipe idea with Minute Ready to Serve Jasmine rice, cooked chicken and broccoli, with your favorite Asian-style dressing.

  • Ingredients
    1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice
    1/4 cup cooked shredded chicken
    1/2 cup cooked broccoli
    2 Tbsps Asian-flavored dressing
    1/2 Tbsp toasted sliced almonds
  • Directions
    Heat rice according to package directions.In a small microwave-safe bowl combine chicken, broccoli and dressing. Microwave 1 minute. Stir in rice. Top with almonds.
