Quick Italian Chicken and Rice

Start with your favorite veggies, or stop by your grocer's salad bar and pick up just what you need for this dish.  Add leftover rotisserie chicken and enjoy.

Makes 1 Serving

  • Ingredients
    1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice
    1 cup frozen Asian style vegetables
    1/2 cup cooked chicken
    2 Tbsps Italian Vinaigrette dressing
  • Directions
    Heat rice according to package directions. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat vegetables on HIGH for 3 minutes. Add chicken and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir in dressing and serve over prepared rice.
