Mediterranean Shrimp and Rice

    2 each Minute® Ready to Serve Yellow Rice Mix
    1 cup frozen vegetables
    1 cup cooked shrimp
    1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Directions
    Heat rice according to package directions. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat vegetables on HIGH for 3 minutes.  Add shrimp and microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Stir in Italian dressing and rice. Serve.
