    2 cups Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice
    1 cup (6 oz.) cooked chicken breast, diced
    2 cups low sodium chicken broth
    1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • Directions
    Heat rice according to package directions.  Combine chicken, broth and vegetables in a medium microwave-safe bowl.  Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Stir in rice. Serve hot.
