Fast Fried Rice

  • Ingredients
    1 tsp oil
    1 cup frozen meatless ground burger
    6 green onion and tops, chopped
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 cups cooked Minute® Premium Rice
    1 can (6.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsps reduced sodium soy sauce
  • Directions
    • HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
    • ADD ground burger and onions; cook and stir 3 minutes. Spoon burger mixture to one side of skillet. Add egg to other side of skillet; cook until set, stirring constantly.
    • ADD remaining ingredients; mix all ingredients in skillet until well blended. Cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.
    • Substitute 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product for the beaten egg.
