    1/2 cup Minute® Brown Rice, uncooked
    1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
    1 cup chicken, cooked and chopped
    1/4 cup walnuts
    2 Tbsps Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
  • Directions
    • Prepare rice according to package directions.
    • Mix cooked rice and all remaining ingredients lightly in medium bowl. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
