White Rice

    On the Stove

    1. BRING water to a boil. If desired, add butter and salt to taste.
    2. STIR in rice; cover.  Remove from heat.
    3. LET stand 5 MINUTES or until water is absorbed.

    1. PLACE water and rice in microwave-safe bowl. If desired, add butter and salt to taste.
